Pros
Absolutely no pros whatsoever. Avoid this call centre they’re calling an edtech company. They’re just an agency for running ad’s and sales for big education institutions like IIM, Shastra, GIM etc. Veranda is not an edtech company by any means.
Cons
They make you share a tiny desk with 2 other people inside a very loud call centre full of a 100 people where noise levels rrach more than 100db at times. There is only one toilet chamber for more than 100 employees. You have to take persmisson to ask for tissue paper. The idiots sitting in their glass door offices think they’re corporate leaders but in reality they’re a bunch of has beens, out of touch and incompetent fools who cannot handle anything let alone a company. Oh and they’re probably dating each other.
