Pros
The team was nice and motivated. Everyone made an effort to get to know you, with noticeable exceptions (looking at you upper management). There is a general feeling that they are doing meaningful work. Lunch is provided on Fridays. The office is centrally located and a nice environment.
Cons
Disjointed teams, management was incapable of addressing these issues while I was there. Verb had far too many directors and VP's and not enough actual workers. There was a lot of favoritism, which was heavily discouraging and bad for morale. The actual work Verb does was mediocre, not really certain why brands trust Verb with the amount of money they do. More often than not Verb's efforts were littered with mistakes made by employees juggling too much at once. This problem could likely be mitigated if the ratio of employees to directors/vp's was more healthy. They recently (Jan 2017) had to lay off several employees.
