Pros
Not a traditional sweat shop style agency working on dozens of projects at once. Leadership was selective on what clients to take on. Great benefits and pay.
Cons
Because the company is small, duties sometimes overlapped. Parking in downtown Ferndale was kind of a pain but we had to option to work from home.
