Pros
Company has clearly defined core values that the majority of employees try to follow. The company believes in investing in employees and the corporate L&D department does a good job of creating programs to align talent with business needs. I think most managers are operationally astute and the company is customer-focused.
Cons
The company still struggles to identify other lines of business other than checks and check products that will make it viable in the future. After a large number of layoffs, they are stable now, but for how long unless they figure out their next move. The company needs innovation, but doesn't seem to be structured to foster it.
