Pros
People....that's about it. And to be clear, this does not include management. With the recent layoffs of about 1/2 the work force, not being there any more.
Cons
Extremely easy question to answer. Upper management. CEO's are a dime a dozen at that place. Who could think each one could get worse than the next. And let's not forget the GM's...they come in and rant and rave how they will change the company for the better, just to get canned or quit....thinking they are on #8 in less than 6 years..
