      Pros

      * Love the start up culture - so exciting to be part of an awesome team where everyone is encouraged and involved in creating and shaping the product. * Supportive management team who work hard and genuinely want to see the people and company succeed. * Great visibility with regular All Hands to share the wins, the lessons learned and the company direction for the next quarter * Huge growth in just a few short years shows the strong need for the product in the market

      Cons

      * Start up isn’t for everyone, it requires the ability to be flexible and iterate continuously to get a great product. Unfortunately a few good people have left as a result of this not being the right fit for them.

      Pros

      - Best work-life balance I've experienced at a startup, from senior leadership down to junior level contributors. - Great market traction, product direction, and funding stability and runway - Scale up phase without a "shrinking voice effect"--your voice still matters here and carries weight. Anyone can propose changes and be heard. - Lower than average turnover. People stick around for a while. - Technical environment is challenging, but not chaotic like many startups.

      - Resources can feel stretched at times, though leadership is generally responsive in addressing them - Customized deployments provide flexibility for customers, but also add complexity across teams - At times, certain teams/depts carry a disproportionate share of workload and pressure compared to others
