Pros

The people are what makes Verint Systems tolerable. Without it, many people would actually walk. Verint Systems has the opportunity to be a leader in its industry, but it chooses not to be.

Cons

I have never seen a company wonder as much as Verint Systems. No vision, no direction, no communication. They leave there customers in the dark as much as they do their own employees. They have an opportunity to really be a leader and they choose not to. No WIIFM (Whats in it for me). Upper management seems to be focussed on cutting expenses rather than growing there customer base and turning a profit. As a result, everyone looses.
