Pros
Flex work hours, just dont leave before 6:00pm. Good stock sharing plan, if you started 15+ years ago.
Cons
Upper managment is only interested in acquiring new companies, and keeping the stock prices up. Middle managment is very nepotistic. Getting promoted is entirely based on your relationship with your manager/director. Doing a good job is not required. Staying later than your manager is required, even if all you do is chat with one of the cliques.
