A great entry to career in corporate.
Cons
Retaliation is real and employees are treated differently if they do not follow clique and office politics. HR does not protect employees and mitigate risks by doing unethical practices. Directors of division hides mistakes to cover up lack of structure and best practices. There is no structure for a growing company as it shows weakness and risks to compliance, finance, and information of customers.
