Pros

100% work from home provided

Cons

I've been here for three years and do not know where to begin. The biggest issue is everyone on their leadership team lacks the actual experience to lead. It's a joke ---- to put it simply. The President doesn't care about employees - just wants you to bow down and do her bidding. Don't expect to talk to her when needed - she's micromanages and doesn't have time to talk to staff. You're lucky if you actually hear her voice for months. Both Vice Presidents lack any experience to do their jobs. The one can't get back to anyone for weeks and the marketing one is completely unqualified to do her job. No experience or even marketing experience at all. Second is lies. The president lies to staff and customers all the time. 20% bonus for staff - never happened. You'll get an annual review - never happens. You'll get annual raises - never happens. In the last three years, I have received no reviews or raises. Not even a cost of living raise. The President refuses to talk to staff about it when questioned. Lots of promises, but the President NEVER delivers on promises she makes. Ultimately, your raise is getting to work for her. Completely disorganized. No one knows what's going on. There are very little staff meetings. EVERYTHING is last minute. The leadership team is so disorganized that almost everything they do has to be rushed because there's no coordination of associations or events.

Pros

Working for Veritas Association Management has been a rewarding experience because the company’s core values truly align with my own. The leadership team is supportive, encourages employee growth, and recognizes the potential within their team members. Employees are hired as professionals and treated with respect and trust. I also appreciate the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with working remotely. Overall, it’s a company culture that values both personal and professional development.

Cons

Even though we are all remote, leadership makes every effort to stay connected and supportive!

Pros

Offer remote work for all employees

Cons

Leadership lack any capabilities to actually lead. Prepare yourself to get scolded quit a bit from the "Lady Boss". Some employees are great to work with. Some others - not so much. Poor behavior is rewarded by leadership. It's quite sad.
