Pros
If you only enjoy living in a tropical country for a while. then perhaps this is where you might end up working. I loved living in kuala lumpur,Malaysia and being able to travel around Asia if you get a chance. The country is still developing, and that's why you wouldn't be disappointed on the varieties of the projects, you would be working on. keep it quite and just do your work for as long as you can.
Cons
Long long hours of working, if you tent to leave the office around 8 pm, the CEO or whoever supervisor you are working with, wouldn't accept it. the office management expects you to have no life besides being in the office. expect 90hours per week or more!!. No overtime pay , Low salary compare to workload. since you would be expected to work on multiple projects and possibly with different CEO's, so the schedule can be extremely hectic. The CEOs don't care if you have a deadline for your other project with another CEO/Supervisor. So you might find yourself with multiple deadlines on your desk in a very short notice and then you have to come to work all your weekend constantly. It's a big crowded office so don't expect much appreciation.
