Pros
Tight-knit workplace. Benefits great for this area. Culture was awesome until recently. Open, Honest management structure.
Cons
Culture is breaking down as priorities are constantly changing. Most of senior management is remote now after much reshuffling and therefore not in touch with what goes on. Agile introduction is supposed to bring ownership to scrum teams but constant reporting upward (not standard part of Scrum) removes that ownership and distracts from sprint work. Not all management's fault though as team members want guidance as crutch instead of full responsibility.
