Pros
Work/Like balance is pretty good.
Cons
Poor upper management. They run the company like it's an 80's corporation, very top down. Management says they want people's input into new ways of doing things but when suggestions are given people are just told "this isn't how things are done here." They just tell you how to do things and are resistant to change. Management's favorite way to try to control costs and margins is to take away benefits (health and other) and "perks" from all employees rather than change up the sales teams, structure and commissions. Can't make money if the sales team isn't selling. CEO still likes to fly using an expensive private plane charter service though! Salaries remain stagnant with poor year over year pay increases (2% - 2.5%) given that only take effect half way into the year. Yet another way the company tries to "control costs" without actually going to the root of the issue. CEO and upper management still enjoy large bonuses though! Onboarding is nonexistent and there is no good training given into the company's structure or the industry as a whole.
