      Pros

      I loved my job at Veritiv. They were a great company to work for. I had lots of opportunities to learn all aspects of the company and I am grateful for that.

      Cons

      I worked on the paper side of Veritiv's business model. As we know paper has been dwindling over the years. Covid really hurt the paper business.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
