Constant Layoffs and high turnover, Consolidation of responsibilities to remaining staff without additional compensation. Raises and bonuses frozen. Mile and stop pay with nearly 60 hour work weeks. Lots of touch freight. Positions being outsourced and use of temps who are in some cases paid more. Some of the slowest trucks on the road. Micromanagement
