      The company size and strength allows them to be a market leader. Private label brands can be created to protect existing business and penetrate new.

      Cons

      The company is not willing to compensate the salesforce on the private label programs.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
