Cons
It starts at the top. In every facet of this company there is a lack of competent leadership. There are people with VP titles that would never get hired anywhere else. The CEO has no idea what he is doing, and everyone knows it. The staff are a bunch of underachievers that are too lazy and incompetent to go find another job. There is no direction anywhere. They start products but never finish them. This place is in literal shambles. Eventually investors will cut their losses. There is a literal Ai boom and this place can’t capitalize on it. The only way I’d suggest this place to someone is if they just need a quick buck and don’t care where it comes from. Keep in mind some pay periods you may not get the money your owed.
