Doctors practice old school outdated medicine and treat nurses poorly complaining to upper management, the rooms have only one stained chair for a visitor, disrespectful to patients, do unnecessary surgeries, and upper management refuses to make changes that most hospitals who are JAHCO certified are bound, out dated computer system that takes a long time to learn since it's so nonintuitive, travelers are treated like crap, left alone and without being oriented to other units they are forced to float to... They lie to their recruiters about their performance and then give them a poor recommendation in order to get out of a contract when they realize they overstaffed so they cancel their contract....
