Pros
Colleagues are ok but it depends on the team you are posted to, many envied and wish to be posted to team JM instead of CP.
Cons
1) VERY STEEP LEARNING CURVE, managements does not care about your well-being and expects you to know your work well even though you are new. 2) Management will publicly shames you even though there is a meeting room to talk things through. 3) extremely impatient and rude managers J & E. " Didnt you learn this from school?" " Can you help me to help you?" " Dont you have common sense?" 4) toxic and bad environment, it is literally a space with aircon and the toilets are so so disgusting. 5) higher ups and colleagues expects you to OT if not you will be outcasted. 6) bad time managements by higher ups which caused inconvenience to clients and the main do'er. 7) rude managers that has no social cues and empathy, obvious favoritism
