Pros

Good group of colleagues who rally to get things done, despite hurdles put in place by the company. Get in, do well, and move laterally out of the department, and into other opportunities. Decent pay, good benefits. WFH/Hybrid options available.

Cons

Departments point the finger elsewhere when ball is dropped. No accountability. All departments dump work on customer support division. Management above Senior Managers have no idea what frontliners do, and it shows. The company Verizon, as a whole, has been making risky business decisions, which have been costing billions, and the only way to recover that is yearly layoffs. You always have to look over your shoulder when fall comes around.

Recent RIFs have left customers in a lurch as they 'fire' customers and release the accounts to untrained resellers.
