The culture at Verkada is great. Everyone has been very welcoming and willing to invest their own time in my onboarding. Everyone at the company is aligned in driving our mission and it great to be rowing in the same direction. Furthermore, our customers love the technology. They want to build long term relationships with us to drive value for both organizations. Overall I’m very happy I made the move.

CRO is incompetent and is a puppet for the founder, sales ops rules the org and Sales VPs are puppets for Sops. Sales leadership has no decision making power. The product will carry the company but individuals are numbers on a spreadsheet while the execs fly private and buy themselves rolexes while they cut people’s comp. That new gold sky-dweller was bought by lowering people’s comp.
