Low salary, CEO has an anger management issue, shouts at employees, there is no flexibility whatsoever, employees are not allowed a mobile phone into the building (probably CEO is afraid of being recorded). Company is ruled with an Iron Fist, as CEO himself described it. Unless you are a family member of the two families owning the company, you are pretty much seen as a disposable slave. Due to their internal issues, they will advance with an offer very quickly, as they find it difficult to find employees. Almost everyone leaves the company in less than 18 months. Please note, this company will never pay your Super unless you complain to ATO, and if you do you become a black sheep which will be bullied daily. Getting your Super via ATO has a 9+ months delay.
