This company's culture (the one they practice, not the one they preach) is extremely toxic and dysfunctional.
Expert employees are undervalued and expected to pick up the slack for the incompetent ones and the unqualified ones they keep hiring. They are constantly laying off experienced people in order to save money and they make no attempt at knowledge transfer.
When someone leaves, rather than back-filling the position, they just add their duties to the remaining employees' already-strained workload.
Do not work here unless you enjoy being repeatedly set up to fail.
