Pros
Small, family oriented company with a flat management style. Unique company in the Public Safety Software industry with a customer support focus instead of sales. Happy clients and happy employees are a top priority of management. Because of the flat management style no one just does one job and then passes it on to the next department, people work together to get the job done right.
Cons
Most employees are in Canada but small office in the US in Scottsdale AZ. Would like the US office to grow a bit more to keep up with the Canada office.
