Thank you for your feedback! We acknowledge that our product is an industry game changer, but we know we couldn't done it without our people. We believe in finding the right people, providing the right tools, and creating the best environment to learn and grow, so during chaotic periods such as organizational changes - we will be able to overcome our challenges. We believe in transparency and are committed to communicating when we are in good times, but also (!) when we are not. People leave when trust is broken.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your feedback on our product. It is a game changer within the construction industry and we do aim big. We were sad to hear your dissatisfaction from our leadership. Nowadays we understand that our high-speed industry pushes us to adjust. As a company as teams and as individuals - therefore from time to time we need to observe whether our current structure fits our challenges and create better conditions to reach our goals with satisfied employees. We launched an anonymous satisfaction survey so we could let employees share their feedback on our CEO. By this, we've set a ground for improvement. We are in the middle of a culture process change and want to grow. We might not be there yet, but we are definitely on the highway to get there and our current employees are the best evidence for that. Thank you. You help us grow better.
