      Environment is amazing Management is very accessible Everyone is willing to work their hardest Very Flexible, and willing to work with employees

      One con is the ability to talk within departments. At times, it may feel like people get annoyed with a question, or when asking for help.

      Pros

      Pretty decent pay & benefits. The bosses like to keep things light when the going is good.

      Cons

      Departments seem cliquish at times. They want you to buy into their vision and be “all in”, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You just really have to want to work here and enjoy corporate environments.
