Pros
Apart from the amazing looking office?? nothing else honestly.
Cons
My experience with the company was deeply disappointing, particularly because of the way HR leadership handled internal issues. The Head of HR, who should have been the person safeguarding fairness, professionalism, and employee wellbeing, instead created an environment where trust felt almost impossible. Rather than being a neutral support system for staff, HR often came across as political, selective, and manipulative. Concerns were not handled with transparency, and employees were left feeling that situations were being controlled behind the scenes rather than addressed honestly. What made it worse was the double standard. On the surface, HR presented itself as approachable and employee-focused, but behind closed doors the experience felt very different. Communication could be inconsistent, people were made to feel disposable, and there was a strong sense that narratives were being shaped to protect certain individuals instead of resolving problems fairly. This kind of leadership damages morale quickly. When the department responsible for people management becomes a source of fear, politics, and mistrust, it affects the entire workplace culture. I would advise anyone considering joining to be very careful. Pay close attention to how the company handles conflict, how transparent management is, and whether HR truly acts as a fair mediator or simply protects its own interests.
