Pros
Pay was ok and hours were great for my position. Good work/life balance.
Cons
The management of this company has a lot to be desired. There is a strong learning curve to this industry, and coming on as a new hire out of Dallas was tough. Communication is lacking everywhere in the Dallas office. It was nice at first, given my first project to learn and to work on, the time when I should be able to make mistakes and learn from them, but it didn't feel that way. Items needed for projects are never submitted on time, and if they are they are put into the wrong project folders half of the time. After a while management just assumes you know everything about an ever changing industry and dumps new projects on you and expects you to be able to complete them immediately. Would not recommend working in the Dallas office if at all possible.
