Love the worker engagement initiatives that allow the company to understand better the needs of our contingent workers - through regular 1:1 touch base sessions, New Hire Orientations, virtual and in-person meetups, Employee Referral Programs, etc. These foster good collaboration and teamwork!
Cons
Everything is a work in progress and we are excited to improve on our different programs and initiatives with more focus on DEI!
