      Pros

      Some talented people and fast-paced environment with a lot to learn

      Cons

      The company culture appears supportive on the surface, but management decisions later on revealed a very different reality. Employees were treated as disposable, communication was inconsistent, and there was little accountability from leadership. Leadership often spoke about culture and people-first values, but the reality during difficult situations felt unprofessional and ethically questionable

      It’s a great learning environment where hard&smart work is rewarded. I work together with many highly intelligent people and I keep learning and discovering more each day. It has been fun!

      Pros

      the rooftop... that doesn't have umbrellas or shade

      Cons

      The whole company. Inept management on the advertiser's side. Victim blaming, understaffing, expectations to work from 9 to 9 due to their inability to hire and retain employees (employees are treated like scums of the earth), immoral president of VFA, managers who demoralize instead of uplift, need I go on?
