You will constantly witness them break their own rules, but in the next moment, condemn an employee for performing the same action. 2. The COO will walk you around the office on the first day, all smiles, jokes and laughter. Be weary! Once week 2 comes along, the true personalities emerges. Smiles are gone and the frowns remain. Fake personalities are prevalent among upper management--be aware of what you say. - Paid well below the market - Extremely high levels of turnover due to very large workload, lack of appreciation and being treated if you are easily replaceable - They will not promote from within--they would rather take external candidates that have yet to prove themselves
