Pros

Work alongside friendly, upbeat, hard working employees. Good work life balance (until you're at work).

Cons

- Upper management, upper management, upper management 1. They enforce a toxic work environment where they believe they are above the rules they create. You will constantly witness them break their own rules, but in the next moment, condemn an employee for performing the same action. 2. The COO will walk you around the office on the first day, all smiles, jokes and laughter. Be weary! Once week 2 comes along, the true personalities emerges. Smiles are gone and the frowns remain. Fake personalities are prevalent among upper management--be aware of what you say. - Paid well below the market - Extremely high levels of turnover due to very large workload, lack of appreciation and being treated if you are easily replaceable - They will not promote from within--they would rather take external candidates that have yet to prove themselves

Pros

- Quarterly Bonus - can choose to be hybrid or remote

Cons

- Lack of clearly defined processes or best practices - HR is very old fashioned: lower pay, minimal pay increase, no paid paternity/maternity leave while execs get treated like royalty - They will give you laptop/computer that are 6 years old, making it impossible to do your job day to day. - the company seems to have a bad rep amongst other employers when applying for new jobs. They might NOT want to see that you’ve worked here for a long time just fyi.
