Great payment and benefits, poor structure - Web Deisgner Vervology Employee Review

When looking for my next role in my career, I wanted to find a company with exceptional core principles that I could be proud to work with. I've been in this industry for over 25 years now, so I've worked with my share of companies in this space. During my search, I found Vervology. After meeting with the owner Jono, and discussing the role, I realized this could be the company I was searching for. Now, heading into my second year as the Senior Web Developer with Vervology, I've seen I made the right choice. Vervology promotes honest, communication, but most importantly a deep desire to do good for everyone we work with. That's the core values I wanted to be a part of, and every day I'm proud of my work and the wonderful people I work with. These principles and work ethic at Vervology are reflected in the great respect the clients also give to Jono and the team at Vervology every day. Highly recommend working with Vervology.

None that I know of. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to get some of the assets needed to complete some projects, but that's not the fault of Vervology at all.

Jono, the owner, is a genuinely good person who cares about helping others. That's rare to find these days. He's also super knowledgable about what he does so you get to learn a lot. The whole company is geared towards helping small business owners, which can be really rewarding work. You get to meet a lot of different people in all sorts of industries. There is also a ton of flexibility – for the most part, you get to create your own schedule and set your own hours. Jono is super understanding and reasonable if anything comes up.

Working with small businesses means that it's very fast-paced, so if you're looking for something more status quo, this might not be the right fit for you! Every day looks different.
