Pros

You should work here, to feel the worst experience.

Cons

The company is run by a stupid guy named Henry, who torchers his employees all the time. Nothing is perfect in this company, company MD is desperate about Money. He never values his employees, with the bad mindset of "If one leaves the company, I will hire other one". Management should definitely learn the basic manners to respect their employee.

Cons

Internal processes and documentation standards can be inconsistent across teams, leading to coordination friction Fast-paced client delivery expectations sometimes come at the expense of internal team development or training Career progression pathways could be more clearly defined for senior-level staff Communication between departments (e.g. grants, tech, design) can create bottlenecks on complex projects Workload can be uneven depending on grant cycles and client seasonality be preapred to OT and work during off-hours very fast pace

Pros

• Strong local presence: Verz is a well-established and recognized digital agency in Singapore. • Exposure to diverse clients: Opportunity to work with SMEs, big brands, and projects across different industries. • Learning opportunities: Hands-on experience with web development, digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, etc. • Collaborative environment: Colleagues are generally friendly and supportive, with a team-oriented culture. • Growth opportunities: Room to build skills in sales, project management, client servicing, and partnerships. • Clear processes: Structured workflows and SOPs that help in managing client projects. • Work culture: Some flexibility, approachable leadership, and open discussions for feedback.

Cons

• Fast-paced environment: Can feel high-pressure with multiple client demands and deadlines. • Workload: At times heavy, especially during peak project delivery periods. • Processes: Because it’s a growing agency, some processes are still evolving — this can be a challenge if you prefer rigid structures. • Career growth: Advancement can depend on initiative and results — may not be as structured as in larger MNCs. • Client-facing challenges: Managing expectations can be tough (though this is normal in agency life).
