Employees are not treated with the same respect.

-Great group of ER doctors and specialists; -Good support staff (although some are overly confident); -Reasonable work-life balance; -Good case load, and good variety of cases; -Great collaboration on cases between ER doctors and specialists

-Compensation; low, which is expected, given there is a veterinary school in close proximity -Benefits: low CE benefits; medical insurance benefits aren't great; no dental/vision coverage; I elected not to participate in 401K due to low salary (and barely making ends meet); -Practice owner has stated he is aware of paying veterinarians below industry standard - but rationalizes that "everyone wants to live in Madison;" -
