Pros
You have so much freedom to just do whatever you choose - your superiors trust your judgment. It's a company that values experimentation and doesn't look too negatively on mistakes. It's full of young people, and as long as you do your job, you can really do whatever you want. It's also full of social perks - invites to cool events - and free tickets to gigs etc.
Cons
Completely and utterly understaffed with poor decision making when it comes to management. It's "whoever best fits the bill at the time they need it". There's also a thick communication and intelligence wall between the US and international, and it seems that sales will always get priority over creative. There's not much room for growth (at the moment) but you still have to wear about 20 different hats when you work there.
