      You can have a big impact, propose improvements and own features if so you desire. Many oportunities to develop system design and devops skills, not focus solely on programming. Overall, it is a good place to grow and gain experience.

      Sometimes you can feel to be left alone with a problem, for some people this might be a problem.

      Good on boarding and trust in the employees to drive deals. Pretty hands off management but active in helping. Exciting opportunities
