      nothing to say about the company and the owner

      1. The owner wants money but never invests in tools and teams. 2. When I joined I thought there was a team. But no one. 3. When I asked for money for buying tools the owner said that he has a team in the US and he has a business partner of which both are lies. 4. The owner lures people like this is a huge company and boasts about having lot of clients. This is a lie too.

      All our employees had been treated well with 60 member offshore team one time we have sufficient evidence on all our client base and good testimonials as well as taxes and payroll Run as per rules and regulations and we are growing our capability also into product side of business in addition to services. When an employee violates the company’s code of conduct we take it very seriously . The employee who wrote this review had aplologize back to us for providing comments without proper evidence and has reached out to Glassdoor on the same to remove his comments Reviews with aggressive, offensive, or disrespectful content, including threats, explicit language, or discriminatory remarks, should be reported as they violate Glassdoor’s commitment to respectful discourse. Pls review

      I had had the opportunity to work with Vhigna during the period from Sep 2023 to October 2024, the experience has been really enriching I got to work on cutting edge technologies with more exposure in AI for one of the fortune 500 health care giants. They have a solid client list varying from startups to IT Behemoths , the management had always been very supportive and encouraging and the compensation provided to consultants across all levels is either on par or above the industry standards. Good talent had always been encouraged, nurtured and compensated really well, there is absolutely no room for micromanagement and employees were always given free hands to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure as a QA Project Manager there @ Vhigna.

When an employee violates the company’s code of conduct we take it very seriously The relevant employee who wrote this comment without any evidence has contacted us and had apologized.Also he has requested glassdoor to remove this invalid comment Also Glassdoor admin and legal team should request evidence when scammer or invalid comments are made before approving comments
