      Good base pay, work remotely, deal sizes can be large

      Cons

      Dog eat dog, favoritism, micro managing. Have to sell appointments and lead gen and not tell customers the leads and prospects are given gift cards. Even the customers are given gift cards to keep buying leads. It’s a big sham

      remote work & competitive pay

      Cons

      Very poor leadership starting with the CEO. Changing over leadership to someone who has never managed a growing company was the worst decision. Almost everyone at the company has had a very poor interactions with the newest CEO. Unrealistic goals and company cannot support long term customers.
