VIsalus Corporate gives preferential treatment to family and friends of managers that are employees. ViSalus promises great culture and experience and while it may seem like that for a little while, you quickly learn that all they don't actually care about you. They have fired numerous employees for no reason at all and make up false reasons as to why they are letting you go, while others (family and friends) can continue to be excruciatingly rude on the phone to customers and promoters and rude to co-workers. These same people can come and go as they please and are not held accountable. Management boasts of a work environment where coaching is given numerous times prior to being let go; however in most cases it comes as a complete and utter shock. Phone agents are afraid to use the bathroom because they will get berrated for the "not ready time".
