Fun place full of energy. I have never laughed so much and wanted to go to work. The owner is great. Ideas debated, designs generated. Just a really great place to be. I worked hard but loved every minute. Was challenged and came up with fashion and business ideas. The owner is smart and witty and challenged me to be the best. She is a strong personality that wants everyone to do their best.

There was a staff member who called herself a "Manager" who was very negative and in my opinion destructive. I always brought to the owner's attention. The Manager is no longer there.

A great place to work. I am able to demonstrate my creativity. I enjoy the camaraderie with the other employees. It is a casual environment. Very entrepreneurial. I am very much part of the team and have a huge influence in the growth of the business. The owner loves feedback and honest participation and hard work. She is supportive and receptive of new ideas and always willing to try different approaches.

Retail is a challenging environment. Developing new customers through social media is trial and error.
