Honest Review - Anonymous employee Via Strozzi Employee Review

Fun place full of energy. I have never laughed so much and wanted to go to work. The owner is great. Ideas debated, designs generated. Just a really great place to be. I worked hard but loved every minute. Was challenged and came up with fashion and business ideas. The owner is smart and witty and challenged me to be the best. She is a strong personality that wants everyone to do their best.

There was a staff member who called herself a "Manager" who was very negative and in my opinion destructive. I always brought to the owner's attention. The Manager is no longer there.

- Positive and friendly work environment. - Open communication structure. - Opportunity to excel. - Flexible hours. I have been working here for a long time and have not had any issues. It has been enjoyable coming to work each day, and I feel like I have the opportunity to contribute a lot to the company. Tanya also provides me with resources to be able to grow and learn.

Winter months were a bit slower in terms of foot traffic, but that is expected in any retail shop.
