Watching management insist on incorrect methods is often an unintentional source of embarrassment for the leadership, as the staff is far more experienced than the person giving the instructions. The lack of professional decorum and emotional regulation creates a volatile atmosphere. Decisions are often made without basic reasoning, leading to a "backwards" environment where the most qualified people are supervised by those with the least understanding of the work.

None at all. Worst run company I've worked for.

Cons

There is no organization at all. No systems in place for operations. They hire you in one role them force you to do a higher lever role and refuse to pay for the extra work. Constantly rolling through staff do to the working conditions and lack of support from higher ups.
