      + Work life balance + Great colleges + Fun tech-stack I think Viaplay is a very good company to grow and develop in, a lot of fun projects and very smart people

      Lots of things to work on and interesting if you like data

      Cons

      Too many things will just slide in and need to have good skill in prioritizing thing. Plus get prepared to work 10-15% more hours than on contract(constantly) to keep things in a better tempo
