Pros

Work life balance ,you will get good raise and career opportunities for growth only if you are in favorites list and know how to flatter ,hard work has no value

Cons

President from who joined Upjohn is good and has vision but the old guard who are there from Mylan leading commercial operations are extremely biased ,full of ego and lack leadership qualities , its due to their incompetence there is no growth for employees or company sales except from mergers , they are full of ego and just favor people who flatter them . one can only grow if you are in favorite list otherwise you will stagnated, that's the reason why most of the new employees leave organization within 2-3 years whereas the incompetent old guard is sitting for 15-20 years and they have no plan to leave ot let anyone else settle down or grow

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
