      Thank you for recognizing our great benefits and pay, but there is more to our company. Although we are undergoing a lot of change currently, we do care about our colleagues. We know they are the key to our success and essential to our mission.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
