      Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Your feedback has been noted in regard to our start-up training for operators. Each operations role in our manufacturing sites has an associated training curriculum. These are managed carefully with the completion of each step subject to appropriate review and demonstration that the task is understood and can be completed safely and effectively. - Ireland HR Team

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
