      Pros

      Very friendly people. Flexible company, always shows great support on projects and very engaged.

      Cons

      Deadlines sometimes could be a bit tight, but in all cases the support is provided so the target can be achieved on time.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
