      Competitive pay and bonus structure especially for Pittsburgh area. Smart colleagues and interesting work. Flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Growth of company looks unclear. Shifting to Viatris via merger bc of poor performance for last 5 years as Mylan.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
