      Pros

      Competitive salary when compared with other companies in Turkey.

      Cons

      Company was divided from Pfizer. It was a bigger company and the change was felt when the company changed. Things are not settled yet so some systems are working really slow and there are lots of uncertainities. Rotation opportunities are limited.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
