      No pros. Money may be if you have a good manager

      Cons

      They are still stuck in 1960-1970, no corporate outlook. Slave kind of treatment, no transparency, no equality, lot of discrepency in every aspect.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
